Thanks for shopping at Vintage Valley Co. We hope that you love the items you have received from us, but we understand that sometimes minds can change. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Follow the steps below to return/exchange your item(s).

HOW TO RETURN/EXCHANGE YOUR ITEMS:

Email vintagevalleyco1@gmail.com with your reason for return and order number. You then will be issued with a return label and where to send your package.

SHIPPING POLICY:

-All packages Shipped USPS First Class 

Allow 1-3 business days (holidays may delay packages)

-WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST PACKAGES. YOU WILL HAVE TO FILE A CLAIM WITH THE POST OFFICE.

RETURN POLICY:

Items returned will be issued store credit

Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your package 

Items being returned/exchanged must be unworn with tags still attached

Items being exchanged will be issued store credit and you then can purchase the item 

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs 

If your item is damaged please email us a photo and we will issue a full refund/exchange as long as you notify us within the first 24 hours within receiving your package
